Can I return my regular priced purchase?
Yes, of course!
If you do not completely love your new Allison Izu style, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days from the purchase date. A store credit will be issued only if, items are NOT washed, altered, or worn and have all original tags attached.
Please email [email protected] for a return request, provide the order number, style, size and reason you are returning the item. If you are interested in trying another style or size, please let us know in the email as well.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
NOPE! As long as your return request is accepted (via email to [email protected]). We will send you a PRE-PAID shipping label for USPS. Just re-pack the return and stick the USPS label, and pop it into the mail.
How do I complete a return to Allison Izu?
1. Please email us with a return request to [email protected] Please let us know what you are returning and the reason, and we will issue you a PRE-PAID return shipping label via email (within Hawaii and the continental US).
2. If you are shipping from other countries (other than US), you must pay for return shipping via UPS or Fed Ex. If you choose to return via USPS, please pay for a tracking confirmation, so that we can follow the status of the shipment. That way, nothing gets lost in the mail!
3. Repackage your return in the original box or a similar packaging.
4. All products must be unused and undamaged, and with all tags and accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our return policy.

5. Please keep the tracking number for your return.
6. We will then email you, upon receipt of your return and then generate your refund, credit or exchange. Please allow one - two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
7. Please note, if there was a special discount associated with the order (i.e.: 20% OFF for orders over $100) the discount will not be applicable if the final order amount does not comply. Also, if there was a free gift with purchase, this gift should also be returned.
